BAPTISM: Baptism classes start Nov 30 in preparation for the church baptismal service on Dec 21. If you are interested in being baptized this Christmas, please talk to Simon Kwok after service.
CELEBRATION: Please join us for a Winnipeg Chinese Alliance Church-wide celebration taking place on Saturday Dec 20. enCompass is putting on a fun skit led by Josh Gaudreau and a fun choir led by Joel Chen.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY UPDATE
Service changes: Beginning Nov 30, children will initially be joining their parents during service and will be dismissed after singspiration. Please sign your child in on the 2nd floor as you enter service.
Plan to Protect: Plan to Protect® orientation takes place Nov 30 at 11:15am and Dec 7 at 11:15am. All children’s ministry and youth workers are required to attend.
YOUTH MINISTRY
GCY (high school & junior high) is having a potluck party on Fri Dec 12 from 6-8pm in the church basement. Students in grades 7-12 and their parents are invited for a night of food and fun! Contact Jo Chan for more info.

As 2014 comes to an end, Simon Kwok finishes his term as elder and joins the enCompass Deacon Board as coordinator. Nobby Woo joins as deacon-at-large.
