Right Now Media
Our church is always looking for ways to serve you as you live out your faith throughout the week.
We are inviting you to have a free account to an exciting new video library called RightNow Media. It’s essentially the “Netflix of Video Bible Studies” because you will have instant access to thousands of great videos for kids, youth, parents, married couples and more. You can view these videos from your phone, tablet or computer. And you can also view them in a group setting through a TV or projector.
There are over 2,000 videos from some great teachers. You should have already received an official “invitation email” to give you FREE access to this library. If you haven’t received it already can you check your mail filter and accept the invite today? Because it was coming from RightNow’s system, it may have got caught there.
Simply find the email, click on the link, put in your name and a password and you’re all set.
All of the videos are FREE for everyone to use.

40 Days of Faith and Hope in Action
Do you have plans for Lent yet? Why not consider joining us in a 40-day journey of Faith and Hope in Action? Ash Wednesday is 2 1/1 weeks away and this marks the beginning of Lent. On Sunday, March 2 the devotional booklets “40 Days of Faith and Hope in Action” will be available at church for you to take home.
40 Days of Faith and Hope in Action (Devotional Journey promotion video for Lent). from Alliance Compassion on Vimeo.
“40 days journeys are recounted throughout the bible; whether it’s Noah’s Ark, where it rained forty days and forty nights, Moses’ forty days with God on the mountain before he delivered the ten commandments, or Jesus fasting forty days in the desert before starting his earthly ministry. We are excited to share the 40 Days of Faith and Hope in Action. It will be an opportunity for you to perhaps try something new, or return to something you’ve already done — a season of focusing on important issues that matter to God’s heart.”
– Joanne Beach, Director of Alliance Justice and Compassion
Syrian Refugee Relief
“I lay on the street pretending I was dead for five hours because the snipers would shoot anything that moved..”
This is just one example of the troubling stories shared by Syrian refugees as they recount their experiences of the civil war before fleeing to safety in neighbouring countries.
The living conditions of the refugees are terribly disheartening. Whether an extended family of 12 living in a one-room rented space, multiple families sharing one small apartment or young widows and their children in a tent within a refugee camp, life is difficult and seems hopeless. They have left jobs, homes, friends and family— with whatever they could carry— and now rely on the kindness and generosity of others. Many have experienced this care through Alliance churches in Lebanon, Jordan and within Syria.
You’ve heard about the Syrian crisis on the news. But what are we doing about it? Click here to read more about the work of Alliance Justice and Compassion in Syria.
