For those of you at the Spring Retreat, this is the talk we showed at the church for those who stayed. Grab a tea or hot water, and take in this insightful and convicting message by one of my current-day heroes!
“O God, with all our hearts we long for you.”
This is the opening line of the revised CMAC vision prayer, which will be formally unveiled at this year’s General Assembly.
Does this line describe your heart? Your yearning? If not, does it describe what you want your heart’s yearning to be?
Here’s the rest of the prayer:
If this stirs your heart – and even if it doesn’t – come join us tomorrow night (May 4th) at 7:30pm in the enCompass sanctuary where we will be calling to God to come and transform us. We’ll be using this prayer as our guide for the 1hr.
